I have been with ATT wireless service since 2006. Over the last 2 months my family which has 5 lines has had serious technical issues with our service. Call drops, and the other person on a call is constantly saying they can't hear us , we are breaking up. We have tried everything to resolve the issue. We have new phones , we update system vpn , send signals to phone all of which only helps for a day then goes right back to original problem. We have tried to reach a live person to help us but the 1800331-0500 is always a virtual assistant and only a few times was able to reach a person when I said I want to cancel service. Even then she couldn't help me. If someone from ATT doesn't reach out I will have to cancel as I can't continue this way. This is happening away from home and at home , nothing has changed in our home. They must be having issues with their tower but we can't continue like this. Which makes me so mad is we almost never can reach a real person in the technical department. I pay too much for this . I am thinking of changing to a carrier that will pay off my phones and port numbers over as well as use different towers. Resolution Sought ATT to contact me and resolve the on going technical issues with all my phone lines.

AT&T mailed 4 individual gifts card to an address I did not give them. And whoever lives there not only opened my mail but was able to activate every single gift card use only the zip card on the mail. These gifts card were to pay off phones from Verizon. I have spoke to police & the reward center to report the crime of theft. But they can't seem to tell how they were rerouted. I have been calling for weeks about these gifts card to avoid the charge going on my credit, they did not inform that the card were already mailed & activated. But they have also delayed the mailing of the transactions so I can give it to the police. At this point AT&T messed up sending these cards to an address other than the one on the acct. They keep shifting blame & I've spoken to the post office & the police the post offfice has to my they do not have the authority to reroute anything to an address different than on the envelope without an address change. Which was never done. Verizon is charging my credit for these phone & I need AT&T to send me proof of activation & transaction because no matter the address my name was on the mail. So that alone is means for a report. But they have yet to provide me proof of they're claims of wrong address. They refuse to investigate or take responsibility for the mix up in the mail. I would love the card reissued to the correct address. I still have to pay Verizon. Resolution Sought Reissue to card to the address on my acct & authorized by me.

AT&T was no help. They did mail out my transaction request. She actually told me to get a subpoena from an attorney in order to get the information to give to the police for their criminal investigation. They actually refused to show proof that it was mailed to the address on the account. They are also refusing to mail me the transactions for the other two phone lines. Which is holding up my criminal investigation so the person who opened my incorrectly labeled mail can be arrested. The representative for the president of AT&T was very rude. She told me she would call me back with the reward center supervisor so I could get those transactions. Once she did her research, I think she actually saw that it was incorrectly labeled . I am still at the same situation I was in a month. I know I would like to request that they just release my phone from their company so I can take my lines somewhere else.
