My phone has a software issue I had assurion was not happy but paid to get phone. I can not wipe my information off the phone i took it to apple 2 times i dont feel comfortable sending phone in with all my data and if i don't I have to pay more money for not refund they told me i can fix the phone and send in apple was charging me around 500-600 to fix a feel discriminated against

AT&T issued a refund for service that was cancelled within 3 days per the contract.

After signing up for 5 wireless lines, being told it would be $185/mo, and signing a contract stating I had 3 days to cancel, I received an email form ATT saying my first bill would be $750 and thereafter $450/mo. The next day I cancelled my order. At the end of the month I was billed for activation of 5 wireless lines and a months service for each line. I contacted the ATT loyalty department and was credited for the service for each of the 5 lines, but was told the ATT store would have to wave the activation fee. I went to the ATT store and they said ATT does not allow them to waive activation fees, that I needed to talk to the loyalty department of ATT. Got the same thing told me to go back to the store. I contacted the consumer alliance group who in turn contacted the office of the President of ATT. The office of the president of ATT reached out to me and immediately solved the problem by providing an activation refund credit for the 5 wireless lines.
