I paid my parents cable bill in cash they applied it to the wrong account they paid Corey Blackmon account # 015114772-V03-DTV (L) that's the wrong account my account Floria Millsap account # 152114772 the store manager told me he can't help me I just had returned home after making my parents payment in cash I have a receipt and bill with the correct account number the live chat with Ashley told me to contact the store store Manager on duty @ 11:51 am on 09/07/2024 nobody will refund my money and apply it to my account. Resolution Sought Get them to put my money on my account.
