On 10-28-2022 I issued a personal check #13362 written on my checking account from Wells Fargo Bank in Utah in the amount of $700.00 for a credit card payment. It appears that either AT&T Universal lost the payment or the US Post Office did as it was not posted as paid. I then a receive a late payment notice from AT&T that shows I now owe $825.82 because of the late payment added to a current payment. I sent a new check US Post Office certified for $835.52 on 12-6-2022 and it was signed for on 12-10-2022. That payment has not been posted as of today 12-12-2022 and when I contacted AT&T Customer Service I was told they had not received the payment. The service rep I talked to spoke very poor English and I could not communicate with her to try and find out why the payment has not been posted. I have a missing mail complaint filed with the USPS in an attempt to see if they can locate the first check that had been mailed. Resolution Sought I would like to know when the second payment will be posted so I know it was received and a confirmation that it was posted.

Per consumer states; Regarding my complaint - AT&T Universal Card. I received a notification via e-mail today that my payment of $825.25 has been received and posted to my account. I verified the check has been cleared by my bank for that amount. Thank you for your time and quick response to my complaint. At this time the problem is resolved. Have a great day.
