I purchased an ATGames Micro Pinball table for the company. In order to add newer pinball tables to the device, you have to make in-app purchases from the companies App Store. I purchased $180 worth of new tables that don't work on my device despite being advertised to work as "universal." The company has no working phone number, and only an online chat for customer support. The company banned me from using their customer support and is not responding to any of my emails for reimbursement. They refuse to even acknowledge me as a customer. Resolution Sought An apology and a refund.
