Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I have been calling Athens to get two larger trash cans since March. As of yet, this has not happened. I have spoken to six reps and one supervisor. I was promised delivery several times but they were never delivered. I was told that they would make a special pick up, twice, and that didn't happen. Consequently, neighbors are complaining because of the smell from the barrel that was never picked up and my kitchen has six trash bags that smell so bad all the windows have to be opened. They can't be placed outside because the rats or coyotes will break into them. It is a horrible way to live. Resolution Sought I would like to be refunded payments for the months of March, April, and May.
