Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. Every time I schedule a bulky item pick up they never pick up on the schedule date. I often have to call them to follow up. I scheduled a bulky item to be picked up this Monday. It is now Wednesday and those items are still there. Resolution Sought Pick up the items on the date they are schedule to pick up.

They charged an over flow when both lids where closed and had serviced the day before. Saw the driver himself opening the bin put a camera in the bin and take a picture. Notified the Supervisor at the moment it happened and that was back on 12/28/2022. Charge has still not been waived and they did the same thing this morning 03/13/23 got it on video. Their drivers are not suppose to open the lids to take pictures. Their policy is if lids are not fully closed then its charged. Their drivers are not taking pictures with the lids on they are opening the lids and taking the camera inside of the bin. Resolution Sought Waive all overage charges and hopefully their drivers can be accountable for their wrong doing
