Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. Consumers are encouraged to take into consideration the company's CRI, their overall BCA letter rating and other relevant information about the company so they can make a well-informed purchasing decision.

I hired Mr. Noah on March 25, 2021 to do some minor renovations on my home in College Park GA. I paid half the money up front. The contract was to complete the balcony on the front, do touch up on downstairs floor and add polyurethane for gloss and ceiling strip. Mr. Noah finally showed up 11 days after agreed time and had multiple excuses of why he had not shown up or returned my calls. The burgundy paint was not a match for the balcony and was not the color that we agreed. He agreed to get the match color and return to complete the job. Mr. Noah 5 days later sent his staff person to touch up my downstairs floor. The paint was totally off not a match. At this point weeks have gone by and Noah did not even call to explain the delay. He ignored over 30 calls and texts from me. I called from a coworker phone and he answered. He told many lies of returning to complete the job and has not done so. It's now July 21, 2021 and he has still not completed the work that he was paid to complete. He now refuses to answer my calls or texts. I have asked for a refund he said no. I asked him to come complete the work he doesn't reply. Resolution Sought A refund for $350.00 .or the work done correctly in a timely manner.
