Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I went to ATLsingles after I found them online. I spoke with them and after they described how unique their service were, they invited me for an interview. Their office is very small and located in a nice building that I would describe as class A building. I met Mantas Kunigonis. He told me that the business was founded by his stepfather and he met his mother when she came to find a match years ago. They got married. He described how exclusive that dating service was and that all their clients are professional holding graduate degrees. As a person holding such a degree, I was looking for someone like myself who does not have enough time to go out and meet new people that often. I asked him many times if he was sure that all his members were professionals and he confirmed that to me. He charged me $6,500 for the membership and he said that does not expire and that I can pass it on to friends or family when I don't need it anymore. He sounded genuine to me. I paid the money. He gave me an appointment to return for a photo shoot about a week or 2 later. I did. Then, he sent me a username and password to login in the Atlsingles website. What I saw was very shocking. I did not see any client holding a professional degree. Most people were either high school graduates or manual labor workers with no education at all. When I questioned him about, he said that "sometimes they have professionals and it may take 2 years to find one". That was not what was discussed with me. Total scam. Resolution Sought I asked for my money back and they refused. I got the fraud dept at my bank to get the money back, but ATL singles took the money back again. They said I signed. I did but not for a scam. I want my money refunded to me. I want this business to close for good to protect the citizens of Atlanta and surroundings. I want this business investigated and fined for putting false reviews online especially on the BBB site and for erasing genuine reviews placed about them online and on their website.
