Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

This company has been pathetically harassing me about an account with another company. In the beginning I owned up to an account that they stated was open in 2019. Jessica stated to me that I had never made a payment on the account. I went through my emails and found receipts and merchandise that I had returned to the store in 2019. I apologize for my memory and it's 2021. The store ARS called me about I was able to not only go into my account but I was able to locate many of receipts in my email account. One for $195, and the other refund was for $803. So, basically I don't owe the company anything. I returned items and I found my proof in my emails. ARS, need to get their facts straight. They're calling with no account number, no description of the merchandise, no name of the item in question, no copies of any binding contracts with the customer and. merchant or picture of the item that's in question. They've discussed my account with family members. They call and use fake names. One of the representative portrayed himself as a detective officer. These are the numbers they continue to call me from: 716-293-1394, 716-309-3351, 404-418-7668, 1-855-221-4405. The rep says her name is Jessica Mae. I've blocked all these numbers and that doesn't make a difference because they call me from other numbers. Resolution Sought I would like for this company to stop harassing me because I don't owe them anything and to remove themselves from my credit. Do their homework and obtain all of the correct paperwork from the companies that they are supposed to be representing and stop trying to scam people. They're mean and trying saying they're detectives. Trying to intimidate people.
