We were suppose to have financed windows but even though we signed papers and gave them $ 3,000 down. I was told that we weren't in the system . I was told that we would get our $$ back but I've been getting the run around . I've initially told them that I really wanted the windows but I think the price has went up and instead of them telling us that . They just keep leading us on . I just want our $ 3000 bk at this point so we can find another company . It has been so stressful on me . Resolution Sought Give me my $1500 and my husband his $1500 back so we can find another company to do our windows

On 8/16/2021 we signed an agreement with this company (Marcus, sales rep) to have our house windows replaced. we were told that they would be installed within 5 weeks. We did not hear from them until I called on 12/2/2021. call was sent to a managers voicemail. i then reached out to the the sales rep, who assured me that to would call the office. No one contacted me. I called aback and talked to Judd who told me that he was the vice president, (423 321-9285) who assured me that I would not have any more issues. I received a call on 12/3/2021 informing me that my installation date was 1/17/2022. on 1/17/2022 I called Judd to inform his that i had not been notified, Jud d told me that he no longer worked for the company, and gave me a new point of contact (678-227-6677) which stays busy. I called the office 678-626-6677, who transferred me to Bob the operation manager. I left a voicemail, but never receive a return call. Resolution Sought I want my full deposit of 10,000.00 returned
