Do some unseen circle on circumstances, my Internet service, and my home phone services was disrupted from 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM on Tuesday, April 2, 2024. Again the services were disrupted today April 3 2024 beginning at three 3:45 PM and according to the customer service rep it will be off until they restored. My complaint is that I cannot get a clear answer as to why the services keep getting disrupted yesterday they said it was because of the storms, although the storms did not begin until 6:00 PM in the city where I live, and the service were back on while it was storming from 730 until 11 o'clock last night. my complain is that I am a work from home employee and the lack of services causes me to lose time on my job which means I do not get paid. I was offered five dollars on yesterday because I was not having Internet and another five dollars today I make more than five dollars an hour and yesterday I was out all day long so if I put in eight hours they didn't even pay me for one hour worth of service. The money is not the problem the issue is this continuing problem with losing Internet and phone services without explanation from the company. Resolution Sought Full compensation for the amount of my loss of wages, in addition to a full explanation as to why the services were disrupted when it was not even storming.

Company charges a lot of money to require service but service itself sucks. It continues to lose WiFi without notice and also loses channels as well. If we were to call to have lines checked it would be additional charge. Too bad this is the only service we could have living in this area, if we could change service, we would definitely will Resolution Sought To have at least good quality of service or lower cost of service
