Hired to put new drain system in yard. First rain after they had finished still had water backing up in puddles in yard like it was when they started. No better., have pictures before and after. Have puddles of standing rains, when it rains. If I had read their review before job was done, would not of used them. Lost my husband and they said they knew him. Figured they would be honest. Resolution Sought Them to get someone else to fix it Do not trust them They did not fix it. Took advantage of a depressed widow ., who thought if they were my husband friends the y would be truthful in fixing it correctly Kept saying, let us fix this for you. Like new employee at time needed to prove himself to owner at my expense

We did this project over a year ago for this customer. We explained to her up front that a drainage system would help the problem in her backyard but would not be a 100% guarantee under heavy rains that she would not have any standing water. All 3 neighbors around her have water runoff onto her property, she is lower than them and her backyard grade is very flat. We installed a French drain system and the way it works is it will collect the water and disperse it into the ground. The absorption rate is based on the type of soil. She has a clay soil. the county and state guidelines are that if the water is dispersed in a 24-48hr time period then it is sufficient. This what we told the customer we were trying to achieve. We did everything per our contract with her. She was never taken advantage of or not told the truth. The work we did dramatically improved the drainage problem in her backyard. The section of her neighborhood has poor drainage and the lots were not graded properly to start with and she knows this. She has misrepresented the conditions & problems in this complaint, as well as what we completed at her house. There is no warranty on drainage work too many variables in weather.
