the credit union put a late payment on my account after I closed account and paid everything they said was due then I tried to resolve issue Ms. Cruiz said it was from 2014 no way this caused my credit to drop 46 point. She says nothing they can do they put it on their they need to take ikt off i am going to every one I can to get it off they don't care this is why myself and two daughter closed oyr accounts they are terrible. Resolution Sought Take this negative info from 9 years ago off my account I owe them nothing
