I called what I thought as the title states a Moving and Storage Company. Today on the day of my move I find out $2450 later plus the $4000 plus I had to pay the real movers that they are a broker and have nothing to do with the move other then saving me a spot in the truck that I didn't need to have. I didn't need them at all. They misrepresented themselves the whole conversation not mentioning what they did or who they were. I explained I need someone to pack and move me since I'm a 100 DISABLED VET AND couldn't do it myself.. Then I listed off all the things I had and the guy EDDY estimated what the cost would be. He grossly underestimated or wasn't really listening to me because the square footage was double what he said. I'm on limited disability and can't afford to be ripped off of 2500 when I'm trying to find a place to live and needing to furnish a new place. I'm more upset that they lied and misrepresented themselves and I feel stole money for a job they didn't really do. Not 2500 worth !! I'm so sick over this !! Makes my medical issues flare up worse. Resolution Sought Return a large sum of the money. Stop misrepresenting themselves and tell people what they do and why and that people don't really need them. Change their title to moving brokers and not as a Moving and Storage Company.
