My items are being delivered presently, and countless boxes and totes, many of which contain irreplaceable items, are ripped open and damaged due to crush and mishandling. After being quoted one amount, I was charged more than double. They list as a full-service moving company but sub-contract to other providers in all services. This false representation, had it been disclosed, would have swayed me to another, actual full-service, moving company. Resolution Sought I am seeking a refund of all monies paid for delivery in an attempt to fix, replace, and otherwise supplement for irreplaceable items.
