At the beginning of March my husband and myself paid of our debt and resolved our account of $1192.55 through Atlantic recovery solutions. We noticed they charged us twice we brought it up to them and they told us it was probably a glitch since they tried and the first time it declined and the second time it went through. So we waited a couple days then went to the bank cause the charge was still there. We filed a claim and went from there well the claims department got ahold of the Atlantic Recovery people and was told that both charges were correct but we only paid once. So the credit from the claim was taken back and when I got ahold of them they called me a liar and refuse to give me my money back for the second charge. Telling me that I'm wrong and never got charged twice but I have sent them proof and they still won't. Resolution Sought Refund me for the second charge of $1192.55
