Elevator has been broken for 8 months. We had 2 units on the 2nd floor. We wanted to move our 6 months ago but have waited for the elevator to be fixed. Facility offered for January to be free so we could find and pay for a moving company. Ended up moving both units out December 31. Called to see if they could just offer a refund for December as we were moved out before January and they refused to do it because they already gave us January free. Resolution Sought I want December rent refunded to assist with moving cost to empty the units since we moved out before January.
