Company hires incompetent drivers who did damage to a circle in front of my home and takes absolutely no responsibility for it. Called company and owner was very nasty and unprofessional and could not care less. The owner praised his driver and never acknowledged the damage. My husband and I witnessed the driver driving recklessly down a narrow residential dead end street with no respect for any of the residents on our street. Driver had no judgement whatsoever and could not care less. Owner stated that we do not own the circle and that it belongs to the township so therefore he has zero responsibility for repairing it . The township did not witness the incident, my husband and I witnessed the driver run over the circle. We have pictures of the damage. When I first called Atlantic Septic I spoke with a woman that stated she would resolve the problem after looking at the pictures. That woman had called me back on May 17th 2022 at 9:41 am and stated to me......her exact words were as follows: she will contact the driver and have him repair the circle at the end of his shift. That woman asked me to send over pictures of the damages that were done to the circle. I sent them to her email. The driver never came to repair the circle so therefore the next day I called and they got the owner on the phone and that's when he became very nasty and extremely unprofessional and could not care less about what we had to say. Also I have documentation of the phone call on 5/17/22 at 9:41 am. Resolution Sought Have someone come out to repair the circle to the way it was before he ran it over. Who cares who owns the circle, they did the damage they should repair it. Once again the township did not witness it, we witnessed it. Why should we be responsible for fixing the circle that we did not destroy? Atlantic Sewer also owes me an apology.

Company Response

Atlantic Septic strives to be the best in customer service. Our drivers are respectful and conscious. When maneuvering around neighborhoods and cul-de-sac’s, it can be difficult for any driver especially those with tanker trucks. Cars parked on streets and other items can cause the driver to make judgement calls causing the least damage as possible to shrubbery grass and mulch. These items are outlined in our customer service agreement disclaimer. The images we have for the alleged damage is minimal to say the least (mulch that may need raking) and the property in question is public property and is not that of the complainant. We have discussed the matter with our customer at the location that we serviced. Our customer stated there was no damage to repair.

Customer Rebuttal

Question: If you discussed the matter with your customer at the location that you serviced and your customer stated that there was no damage to repair then why would you contradict yourself in your response and state that the images you have for the alleged damage is minimal to say the least and that the mulch may need raking. You need to get your story straight.
