I am filing another complaint with Atlantic Union Bank regarding an error made to my checking account. In their response, the customer care stated that they made numerous attempts to contact me but I was not available. They failed to address the fact that I went to the brand and they didn't have time to discuss the matter with me. They also stated that this error was due to a cashiers check in the amount of $550.00. That's shows how much effort was made to look into my case. My cashiers check was in the amount of $5,500.00. They are in banking and can't make the accurate calculations. I have the receipt to prove it. I am requesting a meeting with the said parties to address this matter. If they decline, I will seek legal counsel and move forward. They made the mistake and I didn't. The customer care is not even in the bank. Resolution Sought In person meeting with all involved.
