Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. I moved in and found out about a month in that I lived in a complex full of dope, dope dens, and dope heads for neighbors, when I brought this to their attention they told me all the can do is wait for the lease to be up and that I just have to deal with it, my issue with the whole or deal is I informed the management team at the time of my application that the safety and environment of which I'm raising my son and caring for my family was very important to me, with that I was handed an anti drug policy of which was supposedly required for any and all tenants. I had them informed before I left and after they got ahold of me, so I moved plain and simple, I won't raise my kid around drugs and I was under the idea that if it wasn't good already it would be fixed under policy via a signed agreement, unfortunately this wasn't the case. Resolution Sought I would like ideally for this to be removed from my Equifax report, I'm trying to get me and my family In another place, and this is hindering my abilities, I simply didn't want to have my family around an environment that wasn't being properly handled by management via their own policy on a signed tenant agreement prior to move in, thank you for your time.
