On Nov 23 we beginning having problems with the toilets over flowing into the bathtub , shower and sink. We called and was advise someone would follow up with us within a hour, no one called. So Nov 24th, Thanksgiving morning we looked and had a plumber to come out because we were not able to use the bathroom at all, the toilet or showers. The plumber came and advise it would be roughly $600 for him to snake the toilets. We advise we would not do that since we are renters. I continue to called from Thursday until Monday and still was not using the toilet or shower at all because of the issue. Finally on Monday Nov 28 a plumber comes and snake out the toilets and we then receive a bill for a service fee. Alta's stated we are being charged a service fee because they cause not find anything wrong. Well there was a problem and my household went days without using the bathroom in our home. Also on Oct 25 2021 I called and advised squirrels where getting in the ceiling of home and dying and smelling, we were told we have to resolve this, so I called to have this fixed, pest control came out and advise that with the holes that needs to be repaired to avoid squirrels from being able to get into this space they could not do anything. I called and advised them of the nothing has been done. At same time I advised of the gutters, again on a home that is not mine and I'm a renter I was advised that is my responsibility, they need to be replaced Resolution Sought I would like them to remove the $81.75 service fee, and repair the holes, and replace the gutters

We had applied for a home through atlas rental, the entire experience has been horrifying. Many of the homes we looked at were leaking and had black mold, or had exposed wiring or other safety concerns. We found a home in Pinson and applied through the listing agent Ms Harris. Ms Harris has been unhelpful through the entire process and would not give us information regarding our application. During the application process she informed us that one of us would need proof of employment. She was very vague and would not answer most questions regarding what we need to qualify and then ignored us as we tried to push my boyfriends work transfer through because that was the only thing she asked us to do. During that process we put a deposit down to hold the home. After the work transfer was completed she has completely ignored after telling us the application is pending. Though days later I receive "congratulations you have been accepted" in the subject title of the email, for the email to explain we have been denied due to income requirements. We met the current 2700 dollars a months but since she told me I did not need to get a work transfer or a work offer we now didn't meet the current requirements. She knew the entire time my boyfriends work transfer would not meet their income requirements alone but insisted that I didn't need anything and would not anwser my questions regarding what I would need to do to get proof of income in the new location. Resolution Sought Right after our email being declined the house was given to the next applicant. Me and my boyfriend are now out of work due to applying for a home we could've meet the qualifications for if Ms Harris would've told us what we needed. I offered her 6 months up front for a hopefully solution which she ignored and then denied us for income requirements she knew we would never meet with only my boyfriends transfer. This is unacceptable treatment from a rental agency.
