Patient in the Service

I want to thank Ravoda for all her help in getting my billing issue handled. She patiently assistanced me and was so kind and professional. I can't describe the relief I felt after she stayed on the phone with me until the issue was solved. She is a rare person that does not give up until the problem is solved. Thank goodness there are still people in this world like her.
