The company stated that they did work on my file July 31 and I called the IRS and no paperwork was done all they did was add their name to my account as the power of attorney to seek more money from me. I called them and they all just keep hanging up on me. Resolution Sought I would just like my $275.00 back, I did all the work myself with the ITS on August 16.
