Charged an outrageous amount to remove one hornet nest in a tree in my front yard. It required no ladder to reach. One man suited in bee suit while other man took a tool and snipped the nest to ground. They asked me to provide a bag for the nest. It took less than 15 minutes. The most time was spent running my credit card for the amount listed. This amount is crazy for job done and time spent!! I asked why so much and the guy running my credit card said that they take to hornet to a safe location to let the free?????? Resolution Sought I demand action for taking advantage of consumers! I had to protect my neighborhood and children from harm if they were stung by hornets. I had no choice but to have removed!! I would like a "fair and market price for the removal of the nest!" This was excessive and unfair!!!

The going rate for for a hornets nest in a tree the size of kick ball. Without a ladder is 495.00. With a ladder 695.00. So you are correct. You were charged an extra 200.00. Sorry about the mistake.
