They falsified documents on a 2013 Chevrolet Cruze. Atwood Chevrolet had me to sign some papers on January 13th 2022 kept getting me the runaround by 2022 Chevrolet Malibu was financed through GM financial I had spoke with the representative with GM financial when they call and I told him I know I don't have the vehicle it was 6 days later gone and so when I asked him for my car back they they gave me the runaround in that fried when I came they gave me the keys to the car when I took it over in Jackson Mississippi to trade it off that's when I find out that they had paid the car off gave me a run around about the situation I have the paper stating the car being paid off they trying to get more money out of me sending me a letter in the mail Resolution Sought I would like for Atwood Chevrolet to refund me for the whole car because there's no it wasn't fair to me the runaround that they gave me and the salesman Teresa Palmer also

Ms Sanders came into the dealership on 1/13/22 wanting to purchase a vehicle because her 2013 Chevrolet Cruze was in the service department being repaired. We told Ms Sanders about a 2022 Malibu that was in transit and would be delivered to the dealership by Feb 6 at the latest. Ms. Sanders wanted to go ahead and get financing for the malibu. Once Ms Sanders went into the Business office to sign paperwork, she was given an explanation of all paperwork she signed and reminded that the car would be in no later than Feb. 6. Ms Sanders came back to the dealership on 1/20/22 asking if the Malibu had made it in. We again told her it had not. Ms Sanders left the cruze at the dealership, calling back about an hour after she left, stating that she wanted to back out of the contract and wanted her cruze back. However, Atwood Chevrolet had paid her vehicle off, the total payoff was $5457.75, we allowed $3000 for the car, which left a balance of $2457.75. Ms Sanders went to Jackson and purchased a vehicle, leaving an outstanding balance owed to Atwood Chevrolet. We will be happy to provide all documentation of the paperwork Ms Sanders freely signed and the trade value of her cruze.
