I purchased approximately 500 comics at an auction monkey auction. I spent my hard earned money with them because they assured me careful shipment of my comics because they have an in-house shipping department. At approximately 9 PM a truck dumped a torn up box with a quarter of my comics missing and the other half damaged and worthless I spent $266. I sent a detailed email to Bill Curry and Abby at the auction monkey with four detailed photos of the missing comics and damage. Speaking on the phone with Bill Curry I was assured insurance will compensate me in full and they will contact me the next day at 2 PM. I have since called Bill curry three times and left messages on his voicemail because he wouldn't answer and I have sent Abby numerous emails regarding a way to resolve this issue she never responded to any of my emails. Could you please help me and investigate this claim so I can be compensated for my loss. Thank you very much for your time and consideration, Resolution Sought I would like to be refunded the $266 and I am willing to send the auction house back the remaining damaged comics
