I purchased used Audi on July 8. They put an optional protective plan on my contract and never disclosed that they did. I was not explained my contracts and it was done in a rush fashion because they were closing and I live 2.5 hours away from the dealership. It was verbally stated alls I wanted was gap. No other extras. They never even told me about the extra plan, nor explained it, nor said that was what I signed. I did not receive a copy of my contracts at signing. I asked 5 times through phone and email and was finally sent them on Sept 12. I also think they marked up my interest rate by a large amount. Due to my credit score it should of been a lot lower. I also had an email that stated I would receive free audi care with my purchase and they would not honor it. Resolution Sought Honor free Audi care. I want the dealership to be investigated for fraudulent contracts. If someone is in a rush and they have added something without the signers knowledge then it should be disclosed to the signer. Because the signer is trusting the dealership and is not knowledgeable about vehicle contracts.
