I spoke with Walt around the time of June 30-July 1. We discussed replacing speakers in my truck. Rockford T1692 6x9 in all doors and pioneer 3.5 in the dash. We also talked about a Rockford 5 channel amp. I didn't know the price of this amp but I see it in most places for $489. He asked about my budget. We agreed around $7-$800 in that area. That's the only reason I set the appointment. He asked how was I financing. I told him I had a card from previous business there. We he found out I had a card with $1500 on it he tried to work in a speaker box and subwoofers. I declined those to stay in my budget. I arrived today on 7-5-22 and no further amounts was discussed. He pulled out the products I picked out and told me they'll call when it was ready. When I arrived my he told me he changed all my door speakers for ones that was more money (no one notified me). He also charged me a labor fee for each set of items installed. The end result to MAX OUT MY CARD. I mentioned this was nowhere in what we discussed and I was not told about additional charges before the install. He came up with $1550 and tried to adjust to $1432.48 saying that's all he could trim off. which is not satisfactory. He continued to emphasize sound but I'm emphasizing my card being maxed out. If he hadn't known the full amount he would have stayed in my budget in which he was suppose to. This is bad business Resolution Sought A deeper price adjustment back to my account. This transaction had a marginal agreement under $1000.
