Paid to fix my jeep in December of 2020 The jeep ran right for 3 months. It has done the same thing since March of 2021. I have reached out to them so many times. I want my gas money back too Which is the 200 extra. Please fix my jeep. That is still want I want them to do. Resolution Sought Fix the jeep. FIX IT FIX IT Or give back the money so I can get it fixed somewhere else Plus 200 it has wasted in fuel

We have tried to help this customer out on several occasions. We actually did not charge for the last visit. She has an intermediate problem with the jeep and never acts up when in the store. We have replaced 2 throttle bodies and will continue to help find the problem. Ms. Bailey needs to call us and make an appointment so we can rectify this issue. Normally she just shows up without an appointment. We need to get a confirmed appointment.

Why would you charge to still fix it when you never fixed it right to start out with? And I've had so many appointments it's ridiculous Plus your statements are ridiculous. Very rude young man talked to me like trash. Grow up jerk If I have any more problem Ill get an attorney and sue them. They are a big joke. Rude and way over priced. Sit all afternoon for them to repair nothing. No real proof you replaced anything at all. I want old throttle bodies for proof. My sister built cars for Ford and jaguar. She can tell if you ever replaced anything Your a big joke. So way over priced for anything VERY FALSE STATEMENTS! ILL BE TO PICK UP OLD THROTTLE BODIES GET THEM READY. BESIDES THAT THEY ARE A BIG JOKE VECHILS HAS HAD SO MANY ISSUES ITS ridilous I'll never buy from them again. They could not even figure out how to cash a check when bank was accross the street Buyers beware Liars too.
