The last Saturday of June I went to Auffinburg Ford in Belleville and because I needed to trade down my year and a half car with only 7000 miles on it because I have to cut corners because I'm 83 and I live off of only my Social Security so I decided to trade down and try to get a decent car that I knew that would last me until my driving days are over. I went to Auffinburg in Belleville because when I called about some cars that I had seen online the salesman worked at the Auffinburg Belleville and I didn't see anything wrong with going there but once I got there I was a little concerned about their Building but then there was a new Auffinburg Ford dealership on the same premises so I became comfortable with that. I had already been there and it seen a car that my brother went back to drive and he felt I should get it because it seem like a good deal and it drove really nice. So I traded in my Nissan kicks and took the Chevy Captiva 2014 signed the paperwork and by the time I was done it was almost 7 o'clock. I should've known when they couldn't find the key and when they brought me a key it was just strictly a key it was not a key fob. I questioned it told him I would not take the car if I was not getting a key fob I was not just using a regular key for a car that has the automatic locks and starter. They told me to come back the following week and they would have a key fob made for me and as I was getting ready to drive away I noticed one of the headlights were out and the Resolution Sought Well I didn't get to finish so I need the Better Business Bureau to give them a F rating and let them know or help me figure out what to do to get my money back or get me a different car
