I am writing to file a formal complaint against Aura south Huntsville apartments regarding the treatment I have received as a tenant. I have been a resident at Aura for almost 2 years and have encountered numerous issues that have gone unresolved despite repeated attempts to address them with the management team. The primary issue I have experienced is employees walking into my apartment without notice. And one time I was indecent and management just stated it was an accident but the man had my keys. Two other times was one male and 2 females who ran out laughing sounding it like a joke. Despite bringing this matter to the attention of the management team on multiple occasions, the problem persists and has significantly impacted my quality of living at Aura. Additionally, I have also encountered writing and damaging of my vehicle costing hundreds in repairs if I choose to fix them. The cockroaches infestation is gut wrenching paying monthly fees for pest control but still having to purchase my own. Stated that they "just come when I'm not home so I just didn't know" but I have a free roaming dog, when I renewed my lease my current tenant calls me and states I "shouldn't have a dog because it's not on my lease" as I pay monthly pet rent of 25$ each month. Landlord was out of office and something happened with my payment for rent. No one could fix it. Racked up 2 weeks of late fees with promise of a refund from owner. Resolution Sought I'm moving into new place in may. Just want to get out without any problems. I signed my lease June 10th.
