Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. Consumer alleges: I have dealth with this company and was unjustly treated. The company has offered to help me self-publish a book. I paid the company $5,000.00 for their service, and they did not live up to their word. All I got from them was the book published. The company told me it would help market my book, but they failed. They made a web page for me with over 50,000 hits thus far and did not sell one book. I'd check out the web page often to see if the site was getting any hits, sometimes two days no hit, and then I'd keep checking the site and, proof, over 400 hits; this is fishy. They also said they would edit the book, but they did not edit it. They told me they would have book placement, but that never happened. Sometimes, I would call them, but they would not answer. At other times, they would not reply to my emails. Here ar the names of people who I had contact with: Alice Gray, Portia Lee, Bella Evans and Walter Reyes. (I've issued BCA a few email between me and the company.) I have many emails between them and myselft. I kept a record of them all. I want to get my $5,000.00 back. Resolution Sought I want to get my $5,000.00 back.
