My vehicle was wrongfully repossessed by auto advantage finance because their systems do not reflect my payment although I have proof on my statement from my bank that a payment has been made and I was only behind one payment not three . Also this staff is very rude and lacks any customer service or empathy for their customers I spoke with a finance supervisor name mauricia who was very short and did not care to even hear my side of what was happening. I called them before and when I asked to speak with a supervisor I was hung up on or they will put me on hold extended amounts of time and then come to the line as if they don't understand why I'm being placed on hold or what my request was or why I'm asking for a supervisor Resolution Sought I want my personal belongings out of my vehicle and they can keep their car and I want this car loan removed from my credit report

They came and repossessed my car a few days ago. I tried to work with them because I got Covid-19 and was off work. Originally they told me if I sent in something from my employer showing I was off work due to having Covid-19 they would defer a payment. I have to pay bi-weekly and need to defer 2 payments. I sent in the document the requested and they never deferred any of my payments. I have received nothing from them showing my options to get my vehicle back or what is owed or anything. This is horrible company. I have had issues with the vehicle since I bought it. It will randomly not accelerate and has done this while being at a stop light or stop sign It is an accident waiting to happen. One day someone is going to go to pull out to turn thinking they have time and the car isn't going to accelerate and they are going to get smashed. I'm willing to work with them to get my vehicle back and get the repairs done that are needed but I haven't heard a word from them. Resolution Sought Return my car and fix the defect. I'm willing to negotiate the cost to get my car returned or refinance it to start payments over. If I don't get a vehicle to get back and fourth to work I'm going to loose my job very soon and I have 4 kids one with special needs.
