refinanced with this company on a car loan, and now I owe more than my previous car note. And now when I call to talk to them, they don't answer the phone or say that the agent that assisted me (Lucas) is not availalbe. Resolution Sought To lower the balance of my loan like he promised - or cancel my agreement

I received a letter for a refinance on my Harley Davidson from Auto Approve I called. They took all my info on the phone said I was pre-approved. For a deal you couldn't turn down. They gave false hope on my bike. they said we can offer you a payment from $431 to $285 and my a.p.r from a 19apr to a 5.89apr so I went for it I gave them the go ahead. They said for the next 72hrs sit by your phone and don't miss there call. So I was hit 2 points on my credit report and for the next 5 days and guarded and watched for there call. 5 days in this morning they sent a text stating there's no lenders for your Harley no personal calls just a text. So how many hundreds of bike owners have they scammed out of points not to mention waiting 5 days to text there final response I have the letterhead id be happy to share. please we have to put a stop to this. I work hard to maintain good credit and for my points Sincerely Damien Tribe Resolution Sought I'd like my points back and for them not to send letterheads for there way of conning cyclists if they can't help. 5 days glued to my phone for a text. Not even a person called to apologize. So how many people has this happened too please investigate
