Thank you, Business-Consumer Alliance for your assistance in resolving my complaint file with Auto Body Specialties (ABS).

Initially I was very satisfied with ABS and their communication regarding my internet purchase. I am dissatisfied with the communication, lethargy and deflection of responsibility in ABS's response to refund. From my interaction with ABS, ABS appears to be inexperienced with cross border shoppers which is indicated as part of their business profile on their website at this time.
