This dealership made me give them 6k down and insure a vehicle telling me it was approved and all set and then never released the vehicle. I called the finance company and they stated the vehicle needed to be released to me for them to fund. The dealership kept stating they can't release the vehicle going on 2 wks dealership cussed and hung up on me when asking for the vehicle. No car dealership requires 6k without approval first. Or an active 300$ insurance policy. They didn't include any of this info on my paperwork for signing. Resolution Sought Close before they scam others

Consumer filled out credit app, came in with downpayment, the info was incorrect on the credit application, bank would not fund the deal. She signed contract on 5/8 we submitted 5/9 – attempted to verify employment on 5/12, and have not been able to verify information due to consumer no longer being employed at job listed on application, so unable to verify employment- so they denied application. We can not release vehicle with funding, so we refunded the $6000, she has all her downpayment money back. Deal was not complete due to lack of correct credit application.
