So took my car to Rob, he put a new engine in after dropping the first one. Then I got it back with all the lights on. Then the oil light came on 3 days later. Had it towed back to rob. He pulled the motor out fixed the seal. While putting it back in he hit the torque converter. So, he's been dodging my calls till today when he told me he fucked up my transmission. He's had my car pretty much since the accident Resolution Sought I want a refund on what I've paid. I have to pay someone else to fix my car.

Company Response

2/24/2022

The complaint made against our company is not true. On Nov.1, 2021 the complainant's 2016 Subaru Crosstrek was brought to us for a no start due to her putting her car in a water filled ditch. We put a starter and battery in her car which the bill for that came to $643.39 which is still unpaid. After those parts were replaced we realized that she needed a motor due to bent valves and the water being sucked into the motor in her car. We got her a used motor from a junk yard and the motor came to us set-seized. We never dropped her motor like she stated in her complaint. She paid $1726.99 for the labor to install it and $1400 for the motor. The lights that were on on her dash were due to numerous bad wheel bearings that she could not afford to replace at the time of the motor replacement. We explained this to her before she left our business and she was fine with that. She then brought her car back to us to replace one of the bad bearings on Dec. 30, 2021. Which her bill came to $402.05 and she only paid $248.00 which leaves a balance of $154.05. She left our shop driving her car from Dec. 30, 2021 until Jan. 12, 2022 when the rear main seal went bad. We paid to have her car towed back to our shop to replace the seal. We replaced the rear main seal free of charge. When we were putting the motor back in her car after replacing the seal, the front pump on the transmission got damaged. We offered to replace the transmission completely free of charge. The woman owes us $797.44 for previous bills on parts and labor to her vehicle. We have been bending over backwards to help this woman no matter what damage it does to our company just to have her slander us on social media, with you, the Better Business Bureau and whomever else she feels like.
