I purchased this vehicle and after getting this vehicle I have had many issues. My car has been in the shop 3 different times for repairs from this company. Each time they never have a rental car available for me to replace and I have had to pay for uber's to get back and forth to work. This last time they told me I had a brand new engine which was replaced less than a month ago only for my vehicle to break down again on 12-12-2023 and being told by another mechanic who just looked at my car and assured me they put a used engine in my car not a new one. They cut my hazard lights before when replacing my radio and also spliced wires under my hood hidden under the beauty cover of my vehicle. I have missed work multiple times because of my vehicle broken down and not being provided a rental car from auto connection each time my vehicle was there like they say they will provide. I am tired of paying for a car to be fixed they promise is 100 fixed only for it to keep breaking down and I have only had this car since August 2023. They also told me they don't have to honor my extended warranty that I purchased through them. And I was also told the motor they just replaced had a 3 year warranty but they don't want to work on my vehicle because my friend told them I will be filing a complaint with the better business beaura on how they treat their customers Resolution Sought I would like to be compensated for the money paid in on this vehicle plus the lack of work I have missed based on the fact they don't offer loaner cars to each customer across the board and I have had to pay for uber's that I would like to be compensated for and each time I have paid out of pocket to have the vehicle fixed only for it to break down again totaling $10,000.

I spoke with this customer and listened to all of her complaints. I responded by telling her that we would tow her vehicle in and address her concerns. She asked for a loaner vehicle and I explained that we did not currently have a loaner vehicle available. Customer lost her temper at that point and her and another person in the background started screaming and cussing at me so I explained to her that her service contract (what she refers to as warranty) is good at any repair facility so she does not have to return to our dealership for service. I also explained to her that because of the way she was treating me that we will no longer perform repairs at our dealership for her. I have done nothing to deserve the treatment that she and her fried have displayed toward me and we are not required by any law to perform service for her or provide free transportation while her vehicle is being serviced.
