I bought a alternator from this businesses within 30 days there was no warranty or return it was defective with sparks filling out when mounted. Resolution Sought Refund my money with a return Receipt.

Auto Electric, Inc. has been reviewed the complaint provided by Alliance. The customer was contacted by phone on Nov. 14, 2022 and asked to return the auto part for an immediate and full credit; as is, and always has been our policy. This could have been avoided if the customer would have reached out to us before involving Alliance Consumer. Full credit was issued on: Nov. 17th, 2022. Auto Electric will consider this issue resolved amicably.
