This people has had my car since June 14,2021, and the only thing was wrong was a few scratches a one small dent on my back door, they told me it will be fixed by the June 24, 2021, I went picked it up, they lied and said the wrong part came in, but now they have the part so it will be ready on the 27, I called on the 27 and them they lied and said it's waiting to get painted, I let them know when they first got the car that I don't have a car,,they sent me a text Monday as if I got my car back asking me how was the service. Resolution Sought Give me my car back

Revised response: I can understand customer frustration when they do not have a car to drive. The description provided was not accurate. Total repair paid by insurance $3560.01 over 30 hours of repair time. *************** This complaint was responded to in a timely manner.
