I went to the jeep expo,I was greeted by the owner Don, I told that I would like to look at the jeeps ,he showed me a few I let him know my price range,witch was about 7000.so he tells me that the jeep is 8000 and change, but he would give it to me for 7000 and change so I said sounds good to me so, we go in the office to finalize everything I had to put down a 500 deposit you can't test drive the car until you come back in 5 days, so they can service
the and to complete the sale, when I went back to complete the sale Don the salesman wasn't, I ended up paying more for the jeep then Don told me that he would give it to me for,I didn't get my deposit back,I brought the jeep back 2 times since I had it, I feel like they scam their customers, click bait, they park all the nice jeeps in front. They specialize in jeeps, so there is no reason why I gotta keep bringing my jeep back, for the same thing I only had the jeep for about maybe a month and it feels like it's about to fall apart, and I asked him to give a new receipt because I need it to, so I see it clearly I told him that I can't read this receipt, and he has different prices that I paid for the jeep , and the miles wasn't right on the dash or my paperwork, every time I went back to take the jeep back to the shop,Don wasn't there I always had to deal with another sales man,one day I was told to bring my jeep in and happy to see Don and I explain to him that he ripped me off, he just started writing numbers down
Resolution Sought
First of all I would like my 500.00 deposit back,I would like my jeep to be completely service and up and running right, my check engine light is on, and it's running rough, system warning is on I shouldn't have all these problems if they specialize in jeeps, and I do understand that it's a used car dealership, I should have minor issues, not feeling like it's about to break down in minutes,
