I bought a car on may 12 2023 from this dealership and on may 14th drove to SC to visit my elderly mom and the transmission went out in the vehicle I sent the truck back down to Florida to the dealership and he said the truck is fine. I spent all my cash savings to get a dependable vehicle and didn't get one. My friend picked up the cat on the 7th of June and barely made it home with the transmission gone out. I was asked for the receipt for the shipping so I assumed he was gonna pay for the shipping and he hasn't he refuses to talk to me and I'm out over 7000.00 I don't have anymore money. He should replace the car or give me my money back. His wife told my friend if we had any problems with 6tthe car to bring it back I. Haven't had the car a month and drove it for 7 days I need a car I have a handicap husband that needs to go to the doctor and I'm stuck here in south Carolina with no way to get himedical attention. There is no public transportation here. no Lyft or Ubber here and my elderly mother can't drive so please help me.. also looking at my paperwork where I purchased the vehicle he charged me 5888. And it should have been 5788.00 so. He overcharged me 100.00 Resolution Sought Give me another vehicle for equil valu or give me my money back or fix this truck to last more than 6 days.

We are familiar with this client. They have behaved in nothing but an unfavorable and rude manner that makes it very difficult to communicate with them. From the moment this car was purchased it was explained that it is purchased "AS IS" and that we do not offer any type of warranty and encourage customers to bring a mechanic to inspect prior to purchase. I have attached the paperwork showing that it was signed by Ms. Hukill. When she first called and complained we told her to have her mechanic call us. No Mechanic ever contacted us in any manner. Ms. Hukill had the car shipped to our car lot without us knowing nor did we give her permission to leave her vehicle on our premises. No mechanic ever called nor were we ever sent any diagnosis by a mechanic or formal dispute saying that the car is not working properly. Mr Hukill was explained the AS IS where is Form and Agreed to it by signing it. We did everything in observations of Florida laws per selling a vehicle as is.Its also states that we are not responsible for any repairs after the sale, We sell every vehicle here AS IS No warranty. Ms Hukill was always made aware of this and at no time was she ever made to believe any different verbally or in written.
