Auto Gallery sold me a car and at the time of signing told me I had a warranty. A week after buying the car it started making noises. I looked through my paperwork to find my warranty information I was told was in my paperwork. There was none. I also noticed in my paperwork that the mileage on the paperwork did not match the actual mileage in the car. There was a 3000 mile discrepancy. I called auto Gallery and told them about the issues with 5he car and the discrepancy with the mileage. I asked that they look at the car and give me a loaner car. They said they don't do loaner cars. I asked then for my warranty information. The salesman looked it up and said he could see that I had a warranty but couldn't figure out how to print it. He said he would talk to his manager and get back with me. Before he got back with me, the car broke down on the road and I had to have it towed. I had it towed to Auto Gallery on Tuesday night. Wednesday morning they said they would put it in the shop. I called Thursday and 2as advised they would know something Friday. I called Friday they said they wouldn't know anything until Monday. I called Monday they inform me I don't have a warranty and no one at Auto Gallery knows where my car is or what to do about it. I had this car for a week when I expressed concerns. I am now without a car without a warranty, without my money and without any mercy or care from the people I trusted to purchase a car from. Resolution Sought Cancel the contract and refund my down payment.
