I went in pre approved by capital one a lender called "global lending service" we ended up running my credit he ( the manager ) claims I had to put down almost 6k when i was pre-approved by global lending service with a $2600 down payment then i ended up picking a different car and ran my credit for that one and i had to put down 3k and i ended up going forward with it so we get to the end of the process and the manager was being rude so I told him and he ran up in my face like he was gonna hit me it was very scary and embarrassing. After all that happened he claim I didn't get approved after he took my money with no papers signed so I had to leave with 3k gone and no car and he also ran my credit without my permission with lenders I didn't give him permission to run them with and he also didn't run my credit with the lender I asked him to until the next day and I wasn't even there when he did it so I called and informed them about that and they told me to "dispute" it off my credit!! Something need to be done about this place they have so many bad reviews about people having the same problem with them. Resolution Sought I want a settlement for the embarrassment and also the anxiety I've been having since this incident happened.
