They broke the hood latch to my Volkswagen and refused to pay for it because I didn't want to wait on them to send me from place to place to "get a quote" I went to the dealership and got it quoted and fixed the same day. As I no longer live in this city, nor do I have the type of time Mr Bradford Lee (store manager here) thinks I have! DO NOT GO TO THEM FOR ANYTHING! They will break things and refuse to pay for them! AFTER charging me the exact same price the dealership quoted me for a windshield!! Terrible service, Terrible management and Terrible prices. I went back (because my mirror was broken due to them as well) and tried to discuss it with Bradford nicely he was RUDE, Told me he wouldn't give me his district manager's number and to leave before he called the police. He cursed at me, tried to move my vehicle. Said very disrespectful things. He needs to be fired asap! Resolution Sought Reimbursement for the part they broke, and Bradford fired. I would hate someone else's daughter to get treated the way my fathers daughter got treated.
