I went to this place to have my car windshield replaced, upon completion of the job I noticed 2 gaps in the upper right hand and upper left hand corner of the windshield, from where the rubber molding was cut too short. I pointed this out to the owner and he developed an attitude and being very disrespectful to me making comments like "I know your type" and "get the fuck out of my shop". I tried to reason with him like an adult and respectfully but he was very disrespectful to me. I ended up leaving after one of his worker promised to fix it in a couple of day when the glue dries fully but I'm still upset about the the owner, Henry disrespected me, throwing the "F" word around like it was nothing. Resolution Sought I would like to have my concern dealt with, meaning I want these 2 gaps in my windshield fixed.

You received a refund as well as a fixed windshield. While you made this complaint your wife was already in contact with us and a plan to resolve this issue was already made! We have fixed the molding on August 7, 2021. We advertise on our website that we offer a lifetime warranty on workmanship and material defects, this means as long as a paying customer owns the vehicle we are responsible for any workmanship or material defect that might happen. A short molding is definitely covered by our warranty so even if you would come back a year from now that would have been an easy fix and did not require a complaint. The reason why Henry told you to get out is because under any circumstances a customer is not allowed to stay in the working area. Since the payment has been refunded, this vehicle is automatically out of our warranty.
