Bought a car from them in August 2023. Since then the car has gone through 3 transmissions. They have had my car for a month and a half with very little updates. I finally got a loaner car from them after explaining how much my life had been put on hold without a car. After driving it for 1 day it had a flat tire which I had to then pay to have the car towed because I was not given the lugnut key lock to remove the lugnuts to change the tires. Then as the car was being put on the flatbed I was told it was a miracle the other 3 tires didn't blow because you can see the wires on the inside. My life and my granddaughters life were put at risk. I am very disappointed that they wouldn't do safety checks on all the cars they sell or loan. Resolution Sought Compensate for the tow fee $132. Make sure all vehicles they sell or loan out are 100 safe.
