Sold me a car with issues they were privy too! The cars "hood open" alert was on before I drove off of the lot in the vehicle. I was the last to leave as it was a Saturday evening. I stopped by a gas station to close the hood shortly after leaving. Even after I open/shut the hood, the light is still telling me that the hood is open. Carfax was never presented. Auto hun refusing to present the carfax. I was taken advantage of and they are refusing to fix the issue under my 30 day warranty. Resolution Sought Fix issues on my vehicle

This matter arises out of the joint purchase of the vehicle made by Ms. Smith & Ms. Mitchell on 11/5/22. Auto Hub is in the business of selling used cars "as is". On or before the date of purchase, Ms. Smith and Ms. Mitchell were given an opportunity to have teh vehicle inspected prior to the sale of the vehicle. The customer signed documentation acknowledging their right to have the vehicle inspected by them or by a mechanic prior to the sale. No additional warranties were purchased from the customer at the time of the transaction. The customer at the time of purchase had a 30 day manufacturer warranty from Range Rover. The customer was told by Auto Hub that a Range Rover facility would be able to accommodate the repairs. We urge the customer to use the manufacture warranty prior to expiration. In hopes of further trying resolve this matter with the customers, I ask that they reach out to me.
