I took my car to Auto image to receive a window tinting job and what I got was a poor and unprofessional job. I asked if I could speak to the owner about the issue and I was told that I could not speak to the owner. The person I did speak to seem to be rude to me and as I asked for a date and the time to bring my vehicle back the person hung up the phone so not only did I receive which was a bad window tint job but poor customer service concerning my complaint and requesting to speak to the owner Resolution Sought I would like either to have the window tint job redone completely or a full refund of $300

Company states they already explained to this customer that the owner is not available to speak to him. However customer can take the car in again so they can see what the problem is and they will fix it.

Consumer called stating at this point he no longer wants your company to work on his vehicle and is requesting a full refund for the poor and unprofessional job done.
